While the boost did get finished, I found that the booster needed to ask me to use BE to buy his needed champs, there also quite a few losses that I was not expecting which made this boost take longer than intended.

60% win rate isn't what I expected from a paid boost. Booster had 100% win rate with Zilean but mixed it up and lost with other champions. Had he carried the losing games but still lost due to team I wouldn't be so harsh, but the scores were average at best.
